Payment

For non account holders we can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Maestro Solo and Visa Electron. Payments can be made over the telephone at the time of booking or via a secure online transaction.

Telephone payments are processed by Elavon Financial Services, through the Sagepay payment gateway. Both organisations adhere to the latest security guidelines for credit card processing . Clients’ credit card details are not stored by us in any form but are retained on Elavon’s secure servers.

Secure online payments can be made either by credit/debit card or by Paypal account. Online card payments are processed by Paypal but a Paypal account is not required.

We now accept mobile payments through Pingit and Paym, details are available on request.

Whether you choose to pay over the telephone or online you will receive a detailed VAT receipt by email on the day that your delivery is completed – and we’re always more than happy to resend any receipts straight away should the need arise.
